Introduction
Dr. John Lehman and his associates, Dr. Brandy Miller and Dr. Laura McCracken, provide public safety personnel services to numerous agencies in Texas. Dr. Lehman personally has provided several thousand public safety evaluations. His staff has extensive experience in providing services to law enforcement agencies, fire departments and emergency medical services. Currently they provide approximately two thousand law enforcement related evaluations yearly.
John Lehman, Ph. D. & Associates provides psychological services to numerous public safety agencies throughout the North Texas region. Each candidate for a public safety position completes a battery of instruments used to assess the suitability of the applicant for the desired position. The instruments used in these public safety evaluations ensure that the assessments are not biased. The instruments are standardized psychological tests that have been normed on a sample that was selected to match the demographics of the United States based on race, gender, age, etc. The suitability of the applicant is rated on a scale of one to six.
