Timetrade Schedule
As a convenience to their clients John Lehman, Ph. D. & Associates uses the Timetrade online scheduling software to provide the public safety agencies with the ability to schedule their own applicants without the need to call the office. This is very convenient because it allows the agencies and their applicants to address their own scheduling requirements. The online scheduling software also allows the public safety agencies to schedule polygraph examinations with Dalhousie Polygraph Services.
Each department that is a client of Lehman & Associates and Dalhousie Polygraph has the ability to register and use the Timetrade online scheduling software. We also suggest that each background investigator, officer, or human resources personnel register with the online scheduler. When an applicant is scheduled a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the primary contact for that applicant. The contact information provided during the registration process is also printed on the hard copy of the schedule, providing the evaluator with the contact information (name and phone number) of the primary contact for the candidate. The departments only have access to the pre-employment psychological and polygraph examinations. If the department needs to schedule a fitness for duty or critical incident debriefing they must call the office.
NOTE:
If both a pre-employment psychological evaluation and a pre-employment polygraph examination are required they must be scheduled individually. In other words, the department must first schedule either the psychological evaluation or the polygraph and then return to the "Appointment Options" page to schedule the other evaluation. All psychological evaluations start at 8:00 am. The polygraph examination can be scheduled at any available time during the same day. For the departments that do not perform both polygraph and psychologial evaluation on the same day they can schedule each process as needed.
