Applicants for Pre-employment
All applicants scheduled for a pre-employment psychological evaluation will need to complete a background questionaire. The questionaire can be downloaded below from our website and printed out for completion. The pre-employment evaluation is an interview process in addition to a psychological evaluation. It is suggested that the applicants dress appropriately and come prepared for the full evaluation. Also, a copy of a valid driver's license or military identification is required. All public safety pre-employment psychological evaluations begin at 8:00 a.m. This is a lengthy and extensive process often lasting until 3:00 p.m. or later.

We are located on the west side of Highway 75/Central Expressway frontage road just south of the Collin Street double bridge, between Campbell and Arapaho. The building is just before the Honda dealership as you are going south on the frontage road: 1401 North Central Expressway.
Going NORTH on Highway 75/Central Expressway, take the Campbell Road exit and make a U-Turn under the overpass to go back south on the frontage road. You will pass Humperdink's Restaurant and after you go under the twin bridges, we are the next building on the right just before the Honda dealership. We are in suite 385.
